What a 2017 this has been! Between launching a new website, expanding our Mobile School Pantry program and managing our day-to-day operations, your incredible support has given us the gift of keeping us busy! If you still need to make a donation to receive a charitable deduction for 2017, we wanted to ensure you are aware of our year-end hours.
Don’t forget that in order to receive a charitable deduction for this year, all gifts must be completed by Sunday 12/31 at midnight, but because of the way the holiday falls this year, we want to remind you of our hours for New Year’s weekend:
Tuesday 12/26 – Friday 12/29: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 12/30: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (Volunteer Department only – west side of building)
Sunday 12/31 – Monday 1/1: CLOSED
This means that if you plan to bring your donation in-person, you must do so by Saturday 12/30 at 2:00 p.m.
If you mail a check, please note that it must be dated on or before 12/31 AND have a postmark dated on or before 12/31 to be considered a 2017 donation. Our address is 3150 S. 900 W., Salt Lake City, UT 84119.
If you are making an online donation, all donations made on or before 12/31 will be considered a 2017 donation.
